YUMMYLICIOUS SMORE’S CUPS
7 Graham Crackers, crushed
1/4 cup powdered sugar
6 tbsp butter, melted
4 Hershey bars, divided
12 large marshmallows
Preheat over to 350
Place graham crackers into resealable plastic bag, crush into crumbs by pounding using a rolling with pin. Combine with sugar and butter and drop by teaspoon into mini muffin pan (I spray the pan but that may not be necessary!). Press crumbs with tart shaper or spoon to form shallow cups. Bake for 4-5 minutes until edges are bubbling.
Break up 2 Hershey bars into rectangles and put one into each cup. Cut each marshmallow in half with kitchen shears dipped in cold water. Place one marshmallow half, cut side down, in each cup. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly softened.
Meanwhile, break up remaining 2 Hershey bars and melt in microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds. Remove cups from over. Drizzle over tops of marshmallows and let stand 40-60 mins or until set (can put in fridge to speed up process).
